HOW TRACKMAN HELPS & WHAT TO EXPECT
TrackMan provides precise data that helps identify exactly what is happening during your swing and ball flight. During a lesson, I can analyse key performance metrics including club path, face angle, face to path, attack angle, dynamic loft, ball speed, launch angle, launch direction, spin rate, carry distance, shot dispersion, strike location and smash factor. This advanced technology allows us to see whether the changes being made are genuinely improving your performance, removing the guesswork from the coaching process. A typical session will include a discussion about your goals and current challenges, an assessment of your swing, strike and ball flight, TrackMan and video feedback where appropriate, a clear explanation of the root cause of any issues, coaching focused on the areas that will deliver the greatest improvement, and a simple practice plan to help you continue progressing between lessons.
